What is your return policy?
We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.
Farfett and Co. does not offer refunds on any purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email support@farfettandco.ca and we will get you taken care of immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hair products and ear jewellery, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What is your turnaround time?
Every shirt is printed after an order has been placed with us. Our turnaround time varies weekly based on availability of product. We will let you know if we are running longer on a product. When shipping using Canada Post we can not guarantee delivery times due to delays with shipping.

What are the care instructions for t-shirts and sweatshirts?
Please wash all shirts inside out and in cold water. We recommend hang drying but if you dry it on a low heat with the shirt inside out it should be fine swell. Please DO NOT iron on the design or dry clean as this will damage the screen print or sublimation ink.
Can I order custom apparel
